1. Definitions

BitPanel: BitPanel LLC, is a limited liability company also referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”.
Account: The user account on the BitPanel Platform created by you, accessible only by you via your login credentials.
Signals: Recommendations or information related to buying or selling cryptocurrencies, which may be generated by BitPanel’s software or by third-party providers. Users may configure the Platform to automatically execute trades based on these signals.
Platform: The web-based and/or mobile application developed and maintained by BitPanel to enable Users to automate and manage cryptocurrency trading strategies. The Platform is available via our website and mobile app.
Subscription Term: The initial period of your subscription, plus any subsequent renewal periods.
User(s): Individual(s) or entity(ies) making use of the Services (“you”).

2. Registration and Personal Account

To use our Services, visit our website and/or download our app and register for an Account. You must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your Account.

You may not permit third parties to use your Account. If your Account is blocked or deleted, you may not use the Platform via another Account without our consent.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date.

BitPanel reserves the right to decline or terminate an Account at its sole discretion, and to require additional information for Account creation or continued access.

3. Offers and Prices

All offers, free trials, and promotions for BitPanel Services are subject to these Terms.

All listed prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise indicated. BitPanel reserves the right to change prices at any time with notice. Obvious typographical errors in pricing do not bind BitPanel.

4. Subscription

A paid subscription is required to access most Platform features (“Subscription”). Subscription types, features, and pricing are available on our website.

Unless otherwise terminated as permitted in these Terms, your Subscription will renew automatically for successive periods equal to the initial term unless you provide written notice of cancellation via the Platform or email before the renewal date. Subscriptions may be terminated by either party at the end of a billing cycle.

You have the right to withdraw from your Subscription within 14 days of registration by contacting support.

5. Payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are payable via the methods specified on our website (including but not limited to credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency).

If payment is not received on time, BitPanel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform. Your Account will remain active only for the period already paid for.

6. Fair Use of Our Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use BitPanel.

You agree not to use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including financial, data privacy, or taxation laws.

You agree not to:

Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
Disclose your login credentials to third parties;
Access non-public areas of the Platform;
Use the Platform to transmit spam, viruses, or other malicious code;
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform;
Engage in screen-scraping, data mining, or other automated data extraction from the Platform;
Infringe the intellectual property rights of BitPanel or any third party.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of your access.

7. Privacy

BitPanel respects your privacy and complies with applicable U.S. and international privacy regulations. See our Privacy Policy for information on the personal data we collect and how we use it.

8. Intellectual Property

BitPanel owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and trade secrets. As a User, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform as permitted by these Terms and your Subscription.

9. Availability of Services and Disclaimer of Warranties

BitPanel strives to ensure Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

BitPanel is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of trading signals or strategies, whether provided by BitPanel or third parties. You acknowledge that use of the Platform, including automated trading and third-party integrations, is at your own risk.

BitPanel is not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of funds, or other damages resulting from Platform unavailability, third-party errors, or your use of the Platform, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, BitPanel’s total liability is limited to the greater of $1,000 USD or the amount you paid for Services in the previous 6 months.

10. Helpdesk

BitPanel offers user support via email at support@bitpanel.pro. Support is limited to Platform functionality and does not include personal financial, investment, or tax advice. BitPanel may provide general tutorials and documentation for information purposes only.

11. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of trading cryptocurrencies, including significant price volatility and potential loss of capital. You should only use BitPanel if you fully understand these risks and have sufficient risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, including those made automatically via the Platform.

BitPanel does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. If you require such advice, consult a qualified professional.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BitPanel harmless from any third-party claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Hyperlinks

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. BitPanel does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content or services of such sites. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

14. Miscellaneous

BitPanel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will remain in effect. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Illinois, unless otherwise required by law.
